The Triumph 4225 EP Semi-Automatic Programmable Paper Cutting Machine is an all metal constructed Paper Trimmer with a Solingen Steel Blade, and a Solid Steel Blade Carrier. It has Adjustable Blade Cutting Guides and an Electric Blade and Back Gauge Drive to make the operators job easier. The Triumph 4225 EP was designed with efficiency in mind so its Programmable Back Gauge Control Module with LED Display stores up to 9 Programs( up to 9 steps each) and frequently used measurements. The Triumph 4225 EP Paper Trimmer has a Digital Measurment Readout in cm. or inches (accurate to 1/10mm or 1/100inch). The Control Module on this Paper Trimming Machine features Repeat Cut and Eject Functions along with an Electric Blade and Back Gauge Drive. Simplicity was in mind when designing the Triumph 4225 EP Paper Cutting Machine so with its Spindle Guided Back Gauge with Narrow Separations and Plastic Gliders, and also its Patented Lever Activated Fast Action Clamp, any Paper Trimming job seems simple to complete. The Electronic Hand Wheel with its Variable Speed Control for Manual Back Gauge Setting and with a bright LED Optical Cutting Line, The Triumph 4225 EP Semi-Automatic Paper Trimmer is safe and easy to use. With Safety in Mind, The Triumph 4225 EP is equipped with SCS (Safety Cutting Systems) which includes : Hinged Transparent Electronically Controlled Safety Guards on the front of the Table which lock automatically while cutting, a Transparent Cover on the rear of the Table, and Main Safety Lock with a Key, Electronically Controlled Two Handed operation; 24 volt Controls ( low Voltage) ; Patented Ideal Safety Drive ; Automatic Blade Return From Any Position; Disc Brake for instant Blade Stop from Nay Position . Changing the Blade is a cinch on this Paper Trimmer. You can change the Blade from the front without removing the machine covers, and - this can be done safely with the Blade Changing Device that covers the cutting edge of the Blade. The Blade Depth is adjustable from outside of the Paper Cutter- as is the Cutting Stick which can be turned or changed also while on the outside of the Paper Cutter. This Triumph 4225 EP Semi-Automatic Programmable Paper Cutting Machine comes with an optional Stand and is UL and C UL approved.
