| GBC, Ibico, Ingento, and Quartet offer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship on certain products. Not all products are covered by warranty. What is covered and the time limitations of the warranties vary by product.
BINDERS and LAMINATORS: GBC and Ibico have a one (1) year warranty.
GBC COVERS, POUCH LAMINATORS, Quartet products such as EASELS are not covered by warranty but under certain circumstances they will be replaced by the manufacturer.
SHREDDERS: Entry level shredders to the 1130 carry a one (1) year warranty with technical service available after you are" Out of Warranty." The 2230 up to the 7000 series SHREDDERS have a three (3) year warranty and a seven (7) year warranty on the cutters.
PUNCHES: Have a one (1) year warranty.
While a product is "In Warranty" parts and labor are covered.
If a product is "Out of Warranty" GBC will refer the customer to a service center. |
