| The Staplex Company, Inc. warrants its STAPLEX products to be free of manufacturing defects for a ninety (90) day period after the original date of consumer purchase. The warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product.
The warranty is void if (i) the product has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship, (ii) the serial number has been altered or defaced.
If the product should become defective within the warranty period, STAPLEX will elect to repair or replace it free of charge, excluding shipping costs, when it is returned properly packaged, postage prepaid and insured to The Staplex Company. |
