ERC DZ-430PT-2 Dual Seal Vacuum Sealing Machine
The DZ-430PT-2 Vacuum Sealing Machine is a dual seal capable unit (two seal bars) designed for sealing contents in vacuum pouches. It is equipped with electronic sensors to control seal bar temperature and vacuum cycle time. Both functions can be user controlled for the most delicate to the most robust sealing applications. Additionally, a letter and number kit is included which will allow date and text message identification to be embedded in the seal of each package. A great way to set "freshness" markings. The DZ-430PT-2 Vacuum Sealing Machine is available with a digital control panel to memorize frequent sealing operations. The DZ-430PT-2 Vacuum Sealing Machine has a wide, long vacuum chamber that will accomodate very large packages or several small packages in one sealing cycle. With two 16.9 inch by .31 inch seal bars, it is possible to seal up to six five inch wide pouches in one operation greatly increasing productivity.
WARRANTY
ERC warrants to the original purchaser for a period of time from the date of shipment, that its VACUUM SEALERS will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions. The warranty for VACUUM SEALERS is three (3) months labor and twelve (12) months limited warranty on parts (excluding wearables)*.
Improper use and user maintenance requirements are not covered by product warranty. ERC agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component covered by this warranty, provided there was no abuse and ERC must first receive written notice of a defect within the applicable warranty period. With the exception of the Labor warranty for Three (3) months from the date of shipment, warranties do not include labor or the payment of any labor charges or incidental or consequential expenses. All parts are shipped FOB Brentwood, NY. Warranty claims must be submitted with replacement part order. *Examples of wearables are: gaskets, sealing tape, sealing wire, and fuses, etc. Tabletop products must be returned to depot for servicing. Repaired items will be returned with shipping charges prepaid by ERC.
