Staplex Model SU-100 Ultra is generally recommended for stapling 20+ sheets of 20 lb. paper. Model SU-100 requires that the proper size staple be used for each stapling job based on the number of sheets of paper being stapled as noted below. In other words, you cannot use the HO-5/8 5/8" staple to staple 25 sheets as of 20 lb. paper because the staple leg length would be to long for that job. Right lag of staple should n\ be a minimum of 1.25 inches (3.2 cm) from right edge of material to activate safety microswitch attatched to the adjustable lockimng backstop on the right side of the stapling head. Optional additional left side contact safety microswitch available on special order ( to allow positioning right leg of the staple closer than 1.25 inches from the right edge of the material.)
