The Oztec 1050-EC has a medium capacity 10" wide throat capable of shredding up to 33 sheets of paper. It features the Oztec effective approach to protecting your confidential material. Its special lock-and-key feature prevents unauthorized shredding by requiring the user to unlock the machine before use. Its extra large cabinet holds more shredded material. The 1050-EC also features a "Quick-Stop" button for added safety, a re-set switch and visual indicator lights to keep the user informed of shredding operations. The faster 1/2 horsepower, continuous-duty motor, does not require a cool-down period. When the bag is full the 1050-EC automatically stops so the contents of the waste bin can be removed. Doors swing open to provide easy access to the bag. An enclosed high-capacity cabinet is included.
