| The Acroprint TimeQ PLUS time clock is the complete time and attendance solution for small businesses. This is an advanced model of the Acroprint TimeQ with PC interface software. The PC interface allows you to punch edit from your PC, easily enter employee data, clock rules, and shift/schedule rules. The software allows for data export to every major payroll program. You can also export the data to a disk for records. It holds two pay periods in the system for later review. In addition to the software the TimeQ PLUS includes 50 encoded employee badges, 2 supervisor badges, and a Time Station Terminal. It has a 120 employee capacity and the payroll period can be set for weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly periods. The TimeQ PLUS can print up the following reports: Hours summary, Who's in, Who's out, Employee profiles, Time cards, and Clock rules. With the software, you can also sort all reports by name, badge number, employee number or shift. Extra identification badges are available. Requires a lithium battery. |
