The QCM-1700E Desktop Stack Paper Cutter is designed and manufactured by Quality Commercial Machines Corporation (QCM Corp). This Paper Cutting Machine is heavy-duty, durable, and precise with a Cutting Length of up to 17-1/4 Inches and up to 360 Sheets of 20 lb. bond paper. This Cutter is equipped with a solid steel blade assembly and a hardened steel blade that cuts a thick stack of paper with a single easy stroke. It comes with an all steel Positive Clamp, a precise Side Gauge with measurement scales, and an adjustable aluminum alloy Back Gauge for precision cuts. It also has a Safety Latch that locks the cutting blade automatically until released.
With a galvanized heavy-duty all steel base and an anodized solid aluminum clamp wheel, the QCM-1700E is built to last. This Manual Paper Cutter cuts any type of book, card stock, copier, printing, photo papers, rubber pads, leather materials, and fabrics.
