Lassco XCM-APPI Count Machinery Auto Pro Plus I Friction

The XCM-APPI Auto Pro Plus I is a single head machine designed to produce up to 4 numbering impressions per sheet. The Auto Pro Plus I is Ideal for shops offering a wide variety of services that require automatic feeding features.

The friction fed 18" wide unit provides high-quality numbering, perforating, and scoring. The Auto-Pro Plus I has a sleek design and takes up little space on your counter-top. Optional machine stand available.

  • Crash up to 8 part carbonless forms
  • Deluxe seven wheel Gothic reverse numbering head with repeat sequences (repeat, consecutive, duplicate, triplicate, and 6 times; up to 3 drop-away zeros)
  • Numbers virtually anywhere on a sheet
  • User friendly menu driven microprocessor controller that guides you through set-ups step-by-step.
  • The self-fanning automatic bottom feeder is designed for continuous loading without stopping production, and because of bottom feeding any second pass jobs will maintain the proper number sequence.
  • The feed rails offer micro-lateral adjustment to keep the alignment of paper for a straight perf and score every time.
  • The caliper paper adjustment is easily set to feed single sheets or multiple part carbonless, as well as on the open edge.
  • The electronically fired numbering head is independently controlled by the microprocessor.
  • Up to 4 numbering strikes per sheet are accomplished, with placement anywhere on the sheet, including the upper gripper edge.

    A variety of perf blade styles are also available, including a microperf blade for laser perforating.

    An Auto Pro Plus I can be upgraded at any time to increase productivity with a minimal investment.
