Provides lubricity to the inside and outside of your paper drills. The teflon reduces friction to increase the wear life of the cutting edge. This is a very good coating for keeping slugs from building up and breaking the paper drills since slugs flow smoothly without binding. Recommended for most normal paper drilling applications.
Nygren-Dahly 1-3/4Inch Titanium Standard Paper Drill Bits have a 1-3/4 inch drilling capacity and a 3/16 inch diameter.
Other Nygren-Dahly Standard Paper Drill Bits have a 1-3/8, 1, and 2-1/4 inch drilling capacity. Standard Paper Drill Bits with a 2-1/4 inch drilling capacity also are available in 7/32, 9/32, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 13/32, 7/16, and 1/2 diameter inches.

TITANIUM #35 -
This coating increases paper drill life up to 400%. Some users even report that they are self-sharpening. This is caused by the abrasiveness of certain papers that will wear out the inner core of the paper drill faster than the outer, diamond-hard skin, creating a self-sharpening razor edge. We recommend this paper drill coating for most normal to difficult paper drilling applications. It is especially useful for drilling through plastics.

Superior for paper drilling varnish, enamel, aqueous or plastic coated stocks. This coating will not wear off even after months of use.
Some Pointers and Tips on Drilling:
USE A SHARP DRILL BIT AT ALL TIMES.
Generally, a Drill Bit can be used for approximately four (4) hours of use before it needs to be sharpened. Apply light pressure when sharpening. Too much pressure may cause flaring of the tip which renders the Bit unusable. Drill Sharpeners are available and are recommended with purchase along with an extra drill bit. Sharpening stones are also recommended to debur the outside cutting edge of the drill bits for better performance. Use of Drill-Ease or Spin-Eze lubricant is required. Finally, purchase drill blocks to stop the drill bit after it penetrates the drilled material.
