WINWTV Software for Oats Compliant Trade Validator
The WINWTV is designed to utilize the time in a network time protocol server and distribute to all time stamp machines connected to trader computers on the network.
The WINWTV software downloads the time each minute, and transmits it to the time stamps connected to that computer via the serial port adapter and plug.
To operate just load the WINWTV software into your computer (WIN95, 98, ME) that is synchronized to the NIST atomic clock. Attach adapter key to the serial port, plug in the time stamp to the adapter key and 110V 60HZ outlet. On the zero second of the next minute your time stamp will be activated and synchronized with your computer. Each minute thereafter the software will update all the connected time stamps. Up to 30 machines to one computer.
