Formax FD-150 Cut Sheet Check Signing Machine
Sign and Endorse with Secure Features
The Formax FD 150 document signer allows you to sign or endorse cut-sheet documents from 2.5" to 14" wide and either 3" to 14" long. The unit can also sign traditional mailers with crash imprinting. It can store four programmed job settings for different types of documents and has dual key locks for security. Optional tri-color and ultraviolet ink rolls for added security available. A signature form will be sent upon purchase to be submitted to the manufacturer. This form will be used to create a customized signature plate. Optional stand available. The Formax FD-150 cab be used to sign traditional mailers with crash imprinting.
With the Formax FD 150 Check Signing Machine, you can sign or endorse cut-sheet documents with security and speed at speeds up to 300 sheets per minute. The Formax FD-150 Check Signer or Check Endorser has Dual key locks and two counters, one resettable and one non-resettable, come standard for security and accuracy

WARRANTYMachines, parts and accessories sold by FORMAX to the original purchaser are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship and against operational failure for a period of ninety days following the day of delivery. If a machine or part fails during the warranty period, FORMAX will repair or replace the unit, at its option, at no charge to the customer if the following conditions are met.
- The machine or accessory has not been subjected to other than ordinary use, and has not been damaged by accident or neglect.
- Only forms which have been tested and approved by FORMAX, have been and are being processed.
- The machine or part problem is not due to shipping damage or improper customer installation or assembly. Extended Service Agreements are available and recommended for on-site service.
