OLDEN TCA Electronic Auto Total Counter with Sensor and Adjustable Post Mount
The OLDEN TCA Electric Total Counter is identical to the Model TC Electric Total Counter, only the Added Adjustable Mount Feature is added for more convenient positioning when reading the LCD Display. The Adjustable Post Mount has a short post that can be tilted up/down and locked in place, aiming the display at the operators eyes.
The OLDEN TC Electronic Total Counter is a low cost means of providing real-time data to machine operators as well as supervisors. Most machines have total counters built into them, but they are hard to find and see without standing over the machine. You need an electronic counter thats easy to read, cant be missed and gives you instant information you need to determine the days productivity and whether a job will be completed on-time.
The Electronic Counters, the TC (Total Count) is fully electronic with no moving parts. The OLDEN TC Electronic Counter features a very large and bright LED display.
The display can be read from 15 feet away.
The sensor sensitivity is automatically adjust to the work being counted.
Nothing ever touches the piece being counted, which can be up to 2" away.
110 Volt transformer plugs into standard outlet.
With an advanced electronic memory to retain the piece count, there is no need for a battery to replace for the OLDEN TC Electronic Auto Counting Machine. No tools needed for installation. All mounts are magnetic. Adapters are provided for non-magnetic surfaces. Complete with Post Mount
The Olden TC Electronic Total Counter installs easily on all sorts of equipment using either a magnetic base or a clamp-on stand. The product is counted by The OLDEN TC Electronic Counting Machine using a photo-cell provided with a simple magnetic holder which mounts easily on metal fold plates, on paper folders or envelope inserters. The Standard Post Mount (TC Model) Total Counter comes standard with Sensor and Post Mount. This Mount does NOT Adjust, Move, Swivel or Angle. Simply attaches the display to a surface and reads flat.
The Magnetic Base Mount (TCM Model)features an adjustable post, which attaches with a strong magnet to a horizontal surface and has the short post that can be tilted up/down and locked in place. This allows the display to be aimed at the operators eyes.
The Vertical Magnetic Base Mount (TCM Model)(not pictured) has a straight, non-adjustable post and is designed to allow the counter to be mounted on vertical surfaces.
The Adjustable Post Mount (TCA Model) has a short post that can be tilted up/down and locked in place, aiming the display at the operators eyes.
